SCI Network has opened its doors to the area's disabled & non-disabled artists, and over forty works, primarily paintings and drawings, are now on display. Artists with a disability, any disability, are encouraged to display and to sell their work in the new gallery. All manner of art work will be exhibited. The gallery is open whenever the office is staffed, or by appointment, and is located in our outer office at 51 Monroe Street , Rockville, Maryland 20850. All proceeds from sales will be returned to the artist; donations, however, will be cheerfully accepted.

CURRENT FEATURED ARTIST: Chuck Prahl

Prahl's photo of the Bay BridgeChuck Prahl was looking for a creative outlet following a hunting accident which left him paralyzed and a wheelchair user as a teenager, when his cousin sold him a camera. He has since driven countless back roads looking for great photos of life around the Chesapeake Bay. Born in Maryland in 1954 and brought up along the shores of the Chesapeake, Prahl has spent 25 years photographing the Bay. His focus has been on the men and women that live and work, on and beside the Chesapeake Bay. You will also see their variety of vessels plus the myriad of creatures that live under and above this magnificent watershed. Click here to visit Chuck Prahl's website.
