PEER TO PEER
SCI Network offers peer support for people with spinal cord injuries,
for spouses/significant others, and for family and friends. The spouces group
meets monthly in area restraunts. Historically it has been difficult to keep an
ongoing support group for people with SCI. There almost never seems to be
enough interest. The Network's Peer Support Program fills the gap. Leave an
e-mail, send a comment below, or call the office at 301-424-8335, give us
information about age, interests, level of injury if applicable, etc., and we
will find your peer. After that, we set up a meeting or just exchange phone
numbers, and let you take it from there. For information about other area
